California Permits One Month Extension in Select Counties affected by Winter Storms

The California State Board of Equalization (SBE) and Employment Development Department (EDD) announced a plan to give emergency tax relief to businesses and citizens in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino , San Francisco, and Siskiyou Counties.  The SBE will permit a one month extension to file sales and use taxes without any additional fees. Earthquake in Humboldt County gives taxpayers Sales and Use Tax Extension

The California State Board of Equalization (SBE) and Employment Development Department (EDD) announced a plan to give emergency tax relief to businesses and citizens in Humboldt County due to the December 2009 earthquake.  The SBE will permit a one month extension to file sales and use taxes without any additional fees. Georgia Department of Revenue is Extending Tax Relief

The Georgia Department of Revenue is extending tax relief to the victims in 17 Georgia counties of severe storms and flooding that occurred on 18 September 2009. The postponement applies to all time sensitive filings and payments until 17 December 2009.
