Proposed Gun and Ammunition Tax Holiday

Sen. Jeff Wentworth introduced SB 1788 11 March 2009 which proposes that all sales of handguns, rifles, shotguns and ammunition sold in the state of Texas will be exempted from taxes one weekend in the month of August.
